Full-condo remodels and coordinated multi-room renovations throughout the Vail Valley. Troy understands the access, scheduling, building-management, and logistical considerations that often come with condominium work.

Custom and semi-custom mudrooms for ski gear, adventure storage, and organized year-round mountain living.
The process begins with an email, website inquiry, or phone conversation to understand the property, desired work, timing, and current stage of planning.
Troy visits the property, reviews the existing conditions, discusses the project, and identifies the likely next steps. The initial consultation and site visit are complimentary.
Clark Construction can work from completed plans, coordinate with the client’s existing designer or architect, or help assemble the appropriate design team. For larger projects, paid preconstruction or project-development services may be recommended after the initial visit.
Projects may be structured as fixed price, cost-plus, or time and materials depending on the scope and client preference.
Clark Construction coordinates required permits, inspections, subcontractors, materials, and scheduling.
Troy personally manages the work, remains regularly involved on-site, and coordinates the trades throughout construction.
Communication is adapted to the client. Homeowners who want to remain closely involved can do so, while clients who prefer less day-to-day detail can rely on Troy to manage the work.
The project concludes with final review, completion of remaining items, and delivery of the finished space.
